If you make use of our Optional Managed Services package, we’ll execute any of the included server management services at a time that has been agreed upon beforehand.

Our client support staff will be at your disposal round–the–clock should you need assistance while working with our Site Control Panel or with any of the applications that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the dedicated hosting server. Furthermore if you need help with the ordinary admin tasks on your dedicated web hosting server, you can order our Optional Managed Services package, which includes data backup hard disk drive space, Operating System updates every week, problem troubleshooting and installation procedures, server monitoring and restarting services, etcetera.
A User–Friendly Help Section
Our Site Control Panel was pre–installed for each Linux dedicated servers hosting package. Among its functions is a rather time and effort–saving integrated knowledgebase that will walk you step by step on all the actions that you can perform. Most of the how–to articles have video versions that show all the tasks that you can carry out in a very illustrative manner. You will find all the instructional articles and the video tutorials in the top right corner of each Site Control Panel section.
