Each ticket that you post to our technical help and support Dept will be responded to in about 60 minutes. All basic issues will be replied to straight away. Nevertheless, if the help question you have sent us requires assistance from a capable technician, we will send the ticket to him and will let you know about the postponement.
Top–quality Tech Assistance Service
Our customer help team will be on shift for you day–and–night to to handle all assistance request tickets that you send. We offer customer help for all software that are pre–installed on your machine. These include our in–house built Site Control Panel, the selected Operating System and the server administration panel (depending on the VPS type).
An Educational Help Zone
Each section of the Site Control Panel that is included free–of–charge with your VPS offers you an internal knowledge base. There’s a bunch of in–depth how–to articles and reviews and a variety of step by step video lessons that show all the normal site maintenance jobs. You can obtain them by simply clicking the Help or Video control keys in the top right corner of each Control Panel section.
