File Manager in Cloud Hosting
The File Manager tool, which is a part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel, will permit you to administer all the files which you upload to your cloud hosting account without any difficulty. You can move files and entire folders by dragging-and-dropping them within the account. You may upload content in the same manner - choose a file/folder on your personal computer and drag it to your browser in which the File Manager is loaded. By right-clicking a file or a folder within your account, you could also access context menus with more advanced options - you'll be able to set up or to unpack an archive, to set up a password-protected area, to change the UNIX permissions using a web interface or to modify the content with various editors without ever leaving the CP – a plain text editor, a code editor or an HTML editor. We have also provided help articles and instructional videos, which you may access right from the File Manager to get more information about its features.
File Manager in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The File Manager tool, which is a part of our custom Hepsia website hosting Control Panel, shall give you full control over your data and will eliminate the need of using third-party applications. If you'd like to upload a file to your semi-dedicated server account, you will only need to drag-and-drop it, since the File Manager supports uploads, so you shall not have to use an FTP client anymore. You will also be able to move files and folders within the account just as easily and their structure shall be kept undamaged. If you'd like to change the permissions of any file, to set up a password-protected area for a domain name or a subdomain or to modify a file by using a plain text or an HTML editor, you will simply need to use the right-click, because you can access these functions using right-click context menus - you’ll feel as though you’re working on your home PC. To make handling your content a whole lot easier, you shall be able to sort it in ascending or descending order by last modified date, name or size.
